Colourful rainbow salads are the best!  Tonight my salad included green leaf lettuce, cilantro, chioggia beets, cucumber, alfalfa sprouts, zucchini, pineapple, avocado, swiss chard, scallions, edible flowers (violas and broccoli blossoms), and a few squeezes of lime juice.

At the age of 17, Hugh Herr lost both legs from frostbite when stranded in a blizzard on Mt Washington.  Almost immediately, with no prior training, he began work on creating better prosthetics for himself so he could get back to rock climbing.
